We must understand that remaining informed and active especially in voting is not only a civic duty but a Christian responsibility. When election season is upon us it is no time to be neutral or succumb to the false notion that discussing current issues from the pulpit is "too political". By not engaging in these discussions we risk allowing adversarial forces to gain ground.
The 23rd Legislative District is currently collaborating with FPIW to involve Kitsap County Churches, religious organizations and leaders by encouraging them to inform and motivate their congregations to vote biblically.
